Third Act

Valve has unveiled the third act of Crownfall in Dota 2. The story with Skywrath Mage and Vengeful Spirit continues. Along with this, a sequel to the comic has been released where Shen meets Tusk'a.

The Icebreaker Frost Act, the third stage of Crownfall, was expected by fans on June 11, due to high dataminer activity, but Valve changed plans, promising to release it before the end of June. Recently, the developers announced that the release of the new update was pushed back to "June 39," which is a cipher. Fans decided that the company not only coded the real release date (July 9), but also ironically reacted to the delay by not meeting the original deadline announced in advance.

Valve's roadmap indicates that the story of Skywrath Mage and Vengeful Spirit will not end in the third act of Fallen Crown. Subsequently, the company plans to release a fourth installment titled "Spires of Skyras".

Sleet Fighter

An important feature of the new update is the Sleet Fighter mini-game, inspired by the fighting game Street Fighter. In it, players can fight against various Dota heroes using real combinations. There are 5 characters available in the mode: Tusk, Bristleback, Marci, Vengeful Spirit and Dawnbreaker.

There is also an option to duel with friends.

Collector's Cache

With the release of Act III, Collector's Cache 2024 was introduced, containing 16 new sets. The price of one chest is 279 rubles. Buying 13 Collector's Cache chests, players get a discount, they can be purchased for 3,250 rubles.

Other innovations

Arcana-items on Pudge and Juggernaut received their own, special slot "Hero's Base". This means that the arcana now does not occupy a slot on the mask of Juggernaut and on the back of Pudge.
