Abstract:
On the night of the 16th of February another update was released to Counter Strike 2, which improved it, fixed a lot of bugs, errors on maps, and also brought back net_graph, which can now be enabled directly in the game settings. This is a very useful feature that makes life much easier for players. These are not all the changes, so I suggest to read more about them in our article.
This was one of the main innovations, but not all players liked it. Many complain that the weapon starts to shake too much. You can adjust it with the console command "cl_usenewbob", "cl_usenewbob true", "cl_usenewbob false". The latter commands switch the mode on and off. In addition, many item holding animations have been fixed, such as: Kukri machete, Zeus and others.
The developers heard the players' complaints, and with this patch were able to optimise the game well, increasing FPS by 25% on average. This is a very big increase, which will allow many people with weak computers to play the game.
In addition, the developers have returned to the game net_graph, which allows you to know your ping and FPS right during the game, without using any additional software.
The updated report system will make the game fairer. Valve have made it so that now you can't send more than one exact complaint against a player. This will definitely affect the punishment system, but it is not yet clear in which direction. Many players did not like it.
Also fixed bugs on maps: "Anubis" and "Nuke", which gave you an unfair advantage over other players in the form of laying bombs in textures and such. A lot of minor changes affected other maps as well, such as: "Overpass and Vertigo2.
At first glance the change is not noticeable, but if you look closely, you can see that the edges of the sight are blurred, creating a realistic fisheye effect. It will definitely not become a hindrance, but it can diversify your gameplay.
